Excellent for all types of exercise
Having researched trainers to alleviate plantar fasciitis, these trainers were highly recommended and I can confirm they are super comfortable with perfect padding to help with this painful problem.

These are lightweight and very comfortable and my ankles feel very supported now. They also look good!
